I think health is your physical and mental being, whether it is healthy or unhealthy. Your daily activity, eating habits, and stress amount all contribute to your health. I think the pilar that i am strongest at is my eating habits and my weakest pilar is the sleep portion. In regards to health, i would like to learn more about calories and if all calories are unhealthy to your health.
